Gadget Descriptions

 All of the items below are located under Design, Add a Gadget.

>Blog Archive Display so your readers can read all previous posts. You can select Title, Style, Options, Archive Frequency, and Date Format.

>Blog List Use to display a live view of blogs that you are interested in. You can select Title, Sort, and Show (Icon, Title of most recent item, Snippet of most recent itiem, Thumbnail of most recent item, and Date of last update.

>Feed You can add content from an RSS or Atom feed; you will have to provide the Feed URL.

>Followers Displays names of followers of your blog; may have already been added.

>Geotagged Posts Displays locations on map. Can edit Title, Number of markers to show on map, and Height of a map.

>HTML/JavaScript You provide the title and the URL or JavaScript for the item you want to display, such as an online slideshow.

>Labels Shows labels of your blog posts; can edit Title, Show (All Labels, Selected Labels), Sorting,  Display (List, Cloud), and Show number of posts per label. 

>Link List Blogs, sites, web pages; can edit Title, Number of links to show in list, Sorting, New Site URL, New Site Name.

>List You can make a list of anything you want; edit Title, Number of items to show in list, Sorting, and Add List Item.

>Page Header Displays blog title and description; probably already added.

>Pages  To display your pages, you need to install the Pages gadget. You can have up to 10 pages. To add a page, use Design/Posting/Edit Pages. From here, you can add a new page or edit an existing page.

>Picture You can edit the Title, Caption, Link, and Image (From your computer, From the Web), Shrink to fit.

>Poll You can survey your readers or ask test questions! You can edit Question, Answers, Poll closing date and time.

>Search Box You can edit the Title and Tabs (This Blog, Linked From Here, and The Web); will search your blog, blogroll, and everything you're linked to.

>Slideshow You can edit Title, Source (Picasa Web Albums, Flickr, Photobucket, Other), Option (Keyword, Speed), and Options (Open links in new window, Randomize images).

>Subscription Links Readers can subscribe to your blog with a feed reader.

>Text Can edit the Title and Content.

>Video Bar You can edit Title, YouTube (Most Viewed Videos, Top Rated Videos, Recently Featured Videos), Channels, and Keywords. You can use YouTube or Google Video.
